One of Mirage’s biggest projects is the land assets it owns situated in a collection of prime locations. Not only varying in locations, but it also features lands in different sizes and areas.
Located in a busy area north Hurghada between Mirage Aqua Park and Panorama Resort, Mirage owns a 18,750 m2 land situated in Ahyaa District which is between Hurghada, and Gouna on the sea shore with dimensions of 300 m in length and 62.5 m in width. In addition to this piece of land, Mirage owns another piece that exists on the opposite side of the Hurghada road.
It features are of 10,000 m2 and dimensions of 100 m by 100 m.
Located on the bay of Um Tondoba, a 52,000 land piece is owned by Mirage located on the Red Sea shore. It is situated next to the Deep South Diving Camp and Blue Heaven Dive shop. Its dimensions are 295m, 213m in width and 144m, 188m in length.
